No Returns, or Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature, the artisanal craftsmanship, and hygiene standards of our fashion garments and accessories, we do not accept returns, or refunds once an order is placed.
Each piece is prepared exclusively for you, and many items are handcrafted or produced in limited quantities. We kindly ask you to review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact.ikramhaidar@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Include the following in your email:
•Photos of the item and packaging
•Your order number
•A short description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 5 business days and assist you with the next steps.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, IKRAM HAIDAR is not responsible for loss or theft.
If you believe your package is missing, contact us at contact.ikramhaidar@gmail.com and we will guide you on how to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
